RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase!! But if you are not satisfied please follow these guidelines below so that we can help resolve your issue. 

You have 30 days from item delivery to dispatch an item for a return. Typical time to process a refund is 1-2 weeks depending on how long it takes for the item to be returned. 

Returns are accepted for all items except those that are personalized or customized. For example: house numbers, personalized scenes with names or figures, and custom orders are not able to be returned.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns originating in the United States are required to be returned via USPS (United States Postal Service).  Returns from Canada can use courier of their choice. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received by ShinySpike.
